Or if that’s not for you, perhaps the Panzanella, with fig, mozzarella, tomato, blackberries, and chili balsamic vinegar. Such a winning and flavorsome dish, you’ll be sure to be coming back for more.

Butcher and Bee is a delightful restaurant that started its life in 2011 as a gourmet sandwich shop. Today, it’s a top restaurant committed to local produce, incredible flavor, and sustainable business. It’s one of our favorite places to visit in Nashville at night!

With its focus on seasonal produce, the menu is often changing. But this is a good thing for so many reasons, including keeping it fresh and new! When we visited we loved the mushroom shawarma (lion’s mane mushroom, Tokyo onion tabbouleh and Greek yogurt), the smashed potatoes (schmaltz, crème Fraiche, spicy salt!), and the whipped feta dip served with grilled pita, fermented honey, black pepper and add a side of spicy lamb sausage.

They also have the ‘eat like a chef’ chef’s choice menu, which is always a great idea if you can’t choose!

The First Saturday Art Crawl, as you might have worked out, occurs on the first Saturday of every month, between 5 and 8 pm. You don’t need a ticket, or to book your spot.

Check local guides to find out which galleries are participating when you’re there as more are added to the list regularly! Some may even serve light refreshments! But either way, there’s something here for everyone, with galleries of every genre of art showcasing their exhibitions.

If you’re traveling on a budget, or just love great activities that are free (and who doesn’t) we highly recommend the weekly Centennial Park Big Band Dance! Every Saturday, Metro Parks Nashville put on a free concert. The bands change weekly, keeping the experience fresh and fun! There’s also a free dance class before the concert, so you can warm up those dancing legs and get your boogie on!

Music styles can range from swing and rumba to cha cha, foxtrot, and waltz. There’s a dance step for every foot here!

Step out and get your groove on at the weekly Centennial Park Big Band Dance. You’ll leave with a big smile and a spring in your step!

Whether you’ve had a big night out or just want to experience a proper, original Nashville dive bar, Dino’s is the place to go. Put this one on the top of your list of late-night things to do in Nashville.

Dino’s claims to be East Nashville’s oldest dive bar and have stayed true to its roots and that’s why you’ll find locals there as well as tourists – it’s a gem.

Dino’s cheeseburger (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles) was voted one of the top three in the country so you’ll be wanting to order that (there’s a Beyond Meat version too).

But we also love Joe’s hot chicken (medium or hot fried chicken on plain white bread with pickles and tartare sauce). Or the Damn Sandwich, with bacon, egg, cheese, and secret sauce between deliciously buttered, toasted white bread.

Soak up that booze with a late-night pitstop at Dino’s. Not only is it one of the best places to visit in Nashville at night, but your body will be sure to thank you for the next morning!

Honky Tonk Row is the perfect spot for people-watching and even though you may not be able to enter venues with little ones, the live music, the atmosphere, the bright lights, and more, make it a worthwhile way to spend an evening!
