This is a small family farm, so you pick is available, but you will want to call ahead first so they are ready for you. I love supporting this farm because they are committed to having the most chemical free fruit available and you can eat straight off the tree. Everything on the farm is also organically grown! They also grow asparagus, grapes, strawberries, and blackberreis that are we pick meaning the farm picks them and sells them in their farmstand.

In my opinion, Taylor Orchards is one of the most impressive peach farms in Georgia! This farm began with 200 acres and has grown to over 3600 acres of fresh Georgia peaches! Not only is the size incredibly grand, but they also have over thirty varieties of peaches! Located in the heart of the peach belt, they may take the cake as being the biggest farm! The peach belt has the perfect soil and weather to produce the peaches that make our mouths water.
A family business for four generations, they seamlessly blend maintaining their core values while modernizing the operation of both growing and packing peaches. Although their peaches do not have a U-Pick option, you can buy them through Lane Southern Orchards or order them online.

When it comes to Georgia peach picking, Gregg Farms is a must! Located in Central Georgia in Holonville, this farm has been growing peaches since the 1970’s! Started by John and Patsy Gregg, the We Farm U Pick model has lasted the last forty years. Now, their sons help Patsy continue the tradition. They have added seasonal fruits and vegetables such as blueberries, blackberries, nectarines, watermelons, tomatoes, silver queen sweet corn and many varieties of peas over the years.
They believe their greatest addition came in 2006 with their peach ice cream! People come from far and wide for this amazing ice cream. You must try it! While you are there, you can also get their peach fritters and peach bread! I am always so tempted by their jams, jellies, salsa, pickled peaches, peach syrup, peach BBQ sauce, chow chow, picked okra!
